Pre-order Terms

A pre-order reserves an item before we can send it. We take payment in full when you order and dispatch on or around the date shown on the product page and at checkout.

For this collection that is the week commencing 19 October 2026. You see the date before you pay and it is confirmed in your order email.

If it moves, we will email you as soon as we know, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund. We will not move it without telling you.

You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email contact@winifredbrand.com with your order number. Your legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item applies as normal.

If we cannot supply the item at all, we will tell you and refund you in full. We will never charge more than the price you were shown.
