Ordering and payment

Your order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract starts when we send a dispatch confirmation, or for a pre-order when we confirm we have accepted it. Everything is subject to availability, and if something becomes unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in pounds. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken in full when you order, including on pre-orders, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake we will contact you before dispatch, and you can confirm at the right price or cancel.

Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us, and become yours once we have been paid in full.

Your rights and the law

Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer, and if any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. If something goes wrong, email contact@winifredbrand.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings there, or locally if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
